At 2:30pm on Thursday, December 15, 2022, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Mandie Goodwin and Amanda Sutter met with Director, Kaneesha Singh for the purpose of a complaint inspection to deliver findings. Upon arrival, LPAs observed 16 children supervised by 2 staff. It was alleged that the facility is operating over capacity, the facility is operating over ratio, that the facility is not kept clean, and that adequate food is not provided.

Throughout the course of the investigation, LPAs conducted interviews, reviewed documentation, and made observations. During observations on 11/10/22 and 12/15/22, capacity and ratio were both adhered to. Interviews did not reveal any evidence to support that capacity and ratio are ever not adhered to. Interviews state that cleaning is done through the day and nightly, and that a cleaning service comes to the facility on the weekends. LPAs did not observe any evidence that the facility is not kept clean. LPAs observed a facility menu. Interviews did not reveal any evidence to support the allegations that adequate food is not provided. (Continued on LIC 9099-C)
