25 | On 11/21/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Soleil Marx, met with Licensee's, Rohmina Muslim and , Seth Saif Cana, for the purpose of conducting an unannounced annual inspection. During the inspection, LPA observed a census of five day care children in care plus the licensees own infant being supervised by the licensee's. Facilities hours of operation are Monday through Friday 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM.
A health and safety inspection was conducted in the areas accessible to children. Off-limits areas include: patio. Off-limit areas are inaccessible by closed/locked sliding door and supervision. Licensee's acknowledge children may never enter off-limit areas. LPA observed a working telephone, first aid supplies, functioning smoke/carbon monoxide detector, and a fully charged 2A10BC fire extinguisher within the home. LPA observed home appeared safe, sanitary, and orderly. LPA observed that hazardous items such as cleaning solutions, medication, sharp utensils, and other items that could pose a danger to children in care, are inaccessible to children in out of reach high cabinets/top of fridge, and child locked cabinets/drawers. LPA observed home has central heat/air. LPA observed a variety of age-appropriate toys, equipment, and materials available to children. Licensee's stated there are no poisons nor firearms within the home. Licensee understands that if there are any poisons in the home, all poisons must be locked with a key lock or combination lock. There are fountains and a community pool on the complex premises. Licensee's acknowledge 100% supervision must be maintained when outside of the home.
LPA reviewed records for the facility, Licensee's, and children. LPA observed all required postings were posted/visible to parent/guardians. LPAs observed a children's roster maintained and a fire drill log with drills being conducted/documented at least every 6 months; last drill conducted 07/2025. LPA reviewed children’s files and verified all files contained the required licensing forms. LPA reviewed records of Licensee's; both Licensee's have current approved pediatric CPR/First Aid training expiring 12/2025. Licensee's understand CPR must be completed every two years. Licensee's are exempt from Mandated Reporter Training due to the training not being offered in the licensee's first language.
