25 | On April 7, 2023 at 11:05 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tanya Washington met with Licensee Taisiia Handziuk for an unannounced case management inspection to increase capacity to the maximum number of 14 children. During today's inspection LPA observed care and supervision of six preschool aged children. Also present are two assistants who are fingerprint cleared. Facility hours and days of operation are Monday- Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM.
Licensee owns the home, control of property has been verified. LPA discussed capacity options with and without an assistant and when the Licensee or the assistant are alone they divert to small license ratio requirements.
On April 4, 2023, Sacramento Metropolitan Fire Department granted a fire clearance.
The current off limit areas in the home are: master bedroom, kitchen, shed, laundry room, side yard and garage. Licensee understands that children may not have access to the off limit areas of the home. The main area for care is the "playroom" which is the living room. There are no bodies of water on the premises. Per licensee, there are no weapons on the premises. Infant safe sleep guidelines were discussed..
Licensee's CPR and First Aid is valid until 10/2024.
