Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Kyrsten Williams and Amanda Sutter met with Facility Representatives, Carrie Caron and Katherin Wright, for the purpose of delivering complaint findings for the above allegation. The purpose of the inspection was explained.

Throughout the investigation, LPA conducted observations, reviewed records, and interviewed Reporting Party, director, staff, and parents. LPA did not observe the facility operating out of ratio. LPA reviewed the staffing schedule and verified that, according to the schedule, the facility meets ratio requirements. LPA reviewed camera footage from the previous week and observed the facility to be operating within ratio during that time. After observations, interviews, and record review, LPA did not have substantial evidence to verify that the facility is operating out of ratio. Although the allegation above may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report reviewed with facility representatives, Carrie Caron and Katherin Wright. Appeal rights provided. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
