On July 22, 2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Julia Maryanova and Tanya Washington conducted an unannounced complaint investigation inspection and met with Regional Director, Melanie Fristoe. Upon arrival, LPAs observed 41 children supervised by 8 staff.
It was alleged that staff did not ensure the outside play area is property fenced. LPAs conducted interviews and toured all outdoor play areas for different age group components. During inspection, LPAs observed that all playground sections for diffrent components are fully fenced. LPAs observed few sections of Junior Pre-School age component that have been repaired with wiring. Staff indicated that they did not have any incidents with children attempting to get out. Based on LPAs observations and interviews, the allegation is unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Report was reviewed with Regional Director, Melanie Fristoe.
