32 | AS measured three classrooms. The preschool classrooms space contains a total of 1,808 square feet and the toddler classroom contains a total of 397 square feet, which will accommodate applicants requests for 50 preschool children and 10 toddler children. There are six toilets, two urinals,and seven sinks for the children, and a separate private restroom for the staff. Individual measurements are recorded on the Capacity Worksheet (LIC 9024). Children who become ill during the day will be isolated in the office area and will use the staff restroom, if necessary.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITY SPACE:
There is one outdoor area on the property. The space is divided to create a preschool yard (located on the left side) and a toddler yard (located on the right side). The outdoor play area is fenced with a chain link fence and wooden fence that is at least four feet tall. There is a small plastic gate separating the preschool yard from the toddler yard. AS observed a sufficient amount of equipment and toys. There are no bodies of water on the premises. There are shaded areas supplied by trees, overhangs, and a canopy. There is a small play structure cushioned by bark that it approved for ages for two years and above.
AS measured the outdoor activity spaces. The toddler outdoor play area contains a total of 2,205 square feet and the preschool outdoor play area contains a total of 10,148 square feet, which will accommodate Applicant's request for 50 preschool children and 10 toddler children. Individual measurements are recorded on the Capacity Worksheet (LIC 9024).
