25 | On Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 11:00 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tanya Washington met with Licensee Elena Shavelkova for an unannounced case management inspection to increase capacity to the maximum number of 14 children. During today's inspection LPA observed Licensee providing care and supervision to three children. Facility hours and days of operation are Monday- Friday from 7 AM to 10:30 PM.
Licensee owns the home and control of property was previously submitted to the Regional Office. LPA discussed and provided a visual of capacity/ ratio options with and without an assistant.
