Room #5/Casa 5 is currently being used for storage and a teacher's lounge. LPA observed a sufficient amount of tables, chairs, cubbies, and equipment for the requested capacity.
There are nine toilets and three urinals available to children at the facility. Some toilets are located within classrooms, and there are additional restroom areas in the hall corridors. One stalled toilet will be designated for staff use. The facility has changing tables in the toddler and 2's classrooms with sinks within arms reach.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITY SPACE:
The play space is surrounded by a chain link and wooden fence that is at least four feet tall. The outdoor play area contains a total of 129,187.1 square feet, which accommodates the request for 150 children. Individual measurements are recorded on the Capacity Worksheet (LIC 9024).
