Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gagandeep Singh met with the licensee, Annalisa Smith, to deliver the findings of the complaint investigation. Purpose of the inspection as informed.

During today’s inspection, LPA observed there were five children in care. During the investigation, LPA inspected the facility multiple times, interviewed staff, random parents, children, licensee and reviewed records. During the intake process, it was alleged that children interacted inappropriately at the facility, but during interviews and investigation, no evidence to support was found. During investigation, no evidence was found to support that the licensee consumed any alcoholic beverages or drugs, while daycare children were present. It was found that licensee gives opportunity to sleep to all children, but no evidence of forcing children was found. During investigation, it was found that the licensee provides meals to the children. During interviews, no witness to support the allegation of not providing sufficient meals and licensee hitting the children was found.
