On 09/25/2025, Licensing progam analyst (LPA) met with licensing representative Deena Nickel to deliver findings for a complaint investigation. LPA observed 15 children supervised by eight staff (four infants, 11 preschoolers, 0 school aged children) were observed at the time of inspection.
There were allegations that the facility operated over ratio and that staff did not properly store food.
During the investigation LPA conducted interviews with staff, children, and parents, made observations at the facility, and reviewed footage of the pre-k and school age room on 09/15/2025-09/18/2025.
The toddler and infant rooms were observed to be in ratio during both inspections. Additional allegations of other classroom being over ratio could not be corroborated. Interviews did not corroborate that the infant or toddler rooms operate over ratio. Interviews and observations did not corroborate that food served to children is left out for a period that would cause potential harm to children.
Based on the evidence obtained, the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met; therefore, the allegations are determined to be unsubstantiated. The allegations can neither be corroborated nor dismissed. An exit interview was conducted with facility representative Deena Nickel. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days.
