On Tuesday, January 9th, 2024, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Pa Dao Vang met with Applicant, Kahil, Dalya, for the purpose of a prelicensing inspection. During today's inspection, LPA reviewed corrections to fencing for a body of water. Applicant added a spring to the gate to create a self-latching and self-closing when the gate is swing away from the pool. Applicant also attached the left end of the fence firmly and secured to the wooden gate to prevent inaccessibility to children. Applicant stated to updated the off-limit areas to include garage, all upstairs, all bedrooms, kitchen, front, and back yard.

No other corrections were observed to be made during inspection.

As of 1/9/2024 facility is approved for a Small Family Child Care Home license for a capacity of 6 children with no more than 3 infants, or 4 infants only, or up to 8 children with no more than 2 infants, 1 child in Transitional Kindergarten or above and 1 child at least age 6. Infants are children under the age of 2.
