13 | On July 21, 2025 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Stephanie Piring met with Facility Representative Celeste Doran to deliver complaint investigation findings. Upon arrival LPA observed 5 infants being supervised by 2 staff, 8 toddlers being superviesed by 2 staff,40 preschool age children being superviesd by 4 staff across 3 classrooms, and 17 school age children being supervised by 2 staff.
It was alleged Staff are not addressing child’s behavior of bullying other child(ren). During the course of the investigation, LPA Perez made observations, conducted interviews, and reviewed relevent documentation. Interviews with staff revealed, staff are mitigating any behavioral issues when they arise. Staff have protocol that is followed, and parents are informed of any bullying or behaviors if it persists. Interviews with Authorized Representatives did not find concerns of bullying. LPA was unable to determine the location of the bullying incidents, the elementary school or the after school program at the facility. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Facility Representative Celeste Doran. Appeal Rights Provided. Notice of site provided. |
