This is a Change of Location from previous facility number 343625500.

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Pa Dao Vang met with Virginia Villanueva for a Change of Location Inspection. Licensee is requesting change of location for their small Family Childcare Home license. The facility will operate Monday thru Friday 6:00 AM- 5:00 PM. LPA confirmed that all adults residing and working in the home have a criminal record clearance through Community Care Licensing. Licensee understands she must be present at the facility for 80% of operating hours.

The Licensee lives in one story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, garage, kitchen, dining room, living room, front yard and backyard. Off Limit Areas include: Bedroom #1, Bedroom #3, dining room, kitchen, gated grass area of the backyard, front yard, and garage. Licensee acknowledges that children may never enter these off-limit areas. Fireplace is screened and made inaccessible to children in care. Fire extinguisher, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors meet regulations. Toys and the home appear to be safe and appropriate for children. Cleaning materials, hazardous items, and medications are all stored inaccessible to children.

Licensee has a valid CPR/First Aid certificate, expiring 1/16/2026. Licensee’s also obtained current Mandated Reporter Training certificated with expiring date of 12/4/2025.

As of Friday, January 19th, 2024, the Licensee Virginia Villanueva will begin operating her Small Family Child Care Home at the new location. LPA advised that the old facility number will be closed as of this date, and she is no longer able to operate in that location. LPA reviewed the report and conducted an exit interview with Licensee. Appeal rights and a copy of this report is provided to Licensee.
