13 | On Thursday 18 June 2026, at approximately 1:45pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Fabian Schwartz met with Licensee's assistant Rasheeda Jones to close a complaint investigation. Upon Arrival, LPA observed Licensee's assistant supervising 5 daycare children, 1 of which is an infant. Licensee Ivory Jones arrived to facility 30 minutes after LPA's arrival.
The complainant alleged that licensee allows uncleared adults to provide care and supervision to daycare children and licensee does not keep a firearm in a locked storage area. During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews, reviewed documents, and made observations at the facility. Throughout investigation, evidence gathered did not support either allegation listed above.
Based on the information gathered, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegations above, therefore, the allegations are determined to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegations may have occurred or are credible, there is not enough evidence to prove a violation of regulations. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted with Licensee Ivory Jones.
