25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kyrsten Williams met with Licensee, Zohra Kakar for the purpose of an unannounced case management inspection. Licensee has requested to increase capacity from a small family childcare to a large family childcare. Licensee's minor child, who is older than age ten, was also present in the home during time of inspection. All individuals subject to criminal background review have obtained a criminal record clearance. LPA did not observe any children in care with the licensee.
A health and safety inspection was conducted in all areas of the home. Off-limits areas will remain the same, which includes bedroom #1/master bedroom with bathroom, bedroom #2, and the garage. Licensee acknowledges that she must contact Community Care Licensing prior to making an off-limit area on-limits, and vice versa. Licensee has obtained signed Property Owner/Landlord Consent (LIC9149). A fire clearance was granted on 03/13/2025.
LPA discussed CCR Regulation 102416.5 regarding staffing Ratio and Capacity for a large license.
LPA discussed personnel requirements and records outlined in CCR Regulations 102416 and 102416.1.
