13 | This is amended report.Licensing program analyst (LPA) Andrea Cortez met with Center Director (CD) Stacie Buckingham for the purpose of conducting an unannounced complaint investigation inspection to deliver findings pertaining to the above allegation.It was alleged that staff engaged in aggressive behavior towards a child on two separate occasions. It was stated that the staff was seen snatching an item from the child and pulling the child aggressively into the classroom.During the investigation LPA conducted interviews, made observations to the playground turf and requested documents. During interviews a parent stated that they had not observed any aggressive behavior between teachers and children.Teacher interviews consistently describe the staff member as loving, caring and always willing to help.Information obtained through parent and teacher interviews observations of the playground and review of available documentation did not cooperate the allegation. Although the allegation may have happened there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegation therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with CD. Appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
