Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Erwina Pascual-Golamco, met with Licensee, Rachael Strick, for an unannounced Case Management - Licensee Initiated Backyard Inspection. All individuals subject to criminal background review have obtained a criminal record clearance. Facility hours of operation are Monday to Thursday 8:45AM to 4PM.

During pre licensing inspection on 02/24/25, licensee's backyard was under construction and being landscaped, and licensee asked LPA to place it on off limits until construction is complete. Licensee acknowledged that children may never enter an off-limits area, and that inspection is needed prior to being placed back to area accessible to children.

As of today, 03/11/25, LPA conducted a health and safety inspection of the backyard. Licensee acknowledged to follow manufacturer instructions of the playground structure. The backyard is fenced and licensee acknowledged that in areas that are not fenced, 100% supervision is required. LPA observed that the backyard is ready for use, and accessible to children.

No deficiencies were cited during today’s inspection.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, Rachael Strick. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days
