25 | On 05/27/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Soleil Marx met with Licensee, Mohammad Sedeq Nikbeen, for the purpose of conducting an unannounced annual inspection. During the inspection, LPA observed the licensee's own four children present in the home, one of which is under age 10. Licensee stated no children are enrolled at this time. Facility hours of operation are Monday through Friday 06:00 AM to 07:30 PM.
A health and safety inspection was conducted in the areas accessible to children. Off limit areas include: far left side bedroom and garage. Off-limit areas are made inaccessible to children by closed/locked doors and supervision. LPA observed a working telephone, functioning smoke and carbon monoxide detector, and a fully charged 2A10BC fire extinguisher within the home. LPA observed home appeared safe, sanitary, and orderly. LPA observed that hazardous items such as detergents, cleaning compounds, medication, sharp utensils, and other items that could pose a danger to children in care, are properly stored out of children's reach and stored within off-limit garage. LPA observed a variety of age-appropriate toys, equipment, and materials available to children within the home. LPA observed fenced in backyard for children's use with play equipment. Licensee stated there are no poisons, firearms/weapons, or bodies of water on the premises.
LPA reviewed facility, licensee, and children’s records. LPA observed all required postings were posted and visible to parent/guardians. LPA observed a children's roster maintained within the facility and a fire drill log with drills being conducted and documented at least every six months; last drill was conducted on 02/2026. LPA reviewed records of children file for only previously enrolled child and verified it contained the required licensing forms and documentation. LPA reviewed records of Licensee and verified Licensee’s CPR/First Aid certificate is valid through 08/2026. Licensee is aware CPR/first aid training must be completed every 2 years. Licensee is exempt from Mandated Reporter Training.
