25 | On April 20, 2022, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Chayntel Hunter and Salene Mayberry met with Licensee, Rita Briggs for the purpose of an unannounced plan of correction inspection to clear a Type B deficiency, which was issued on 3/15/22 for failing to keep the home clean and orderly.
During today's inspection LPAs toured all inside and outside areas accessible to children in care and observed five children being supervised by Licensee. LPAs observed the backyard to be free of chicken feces, the walls and baseboards were clean, and the kitchen counter surfaces were uncluttered.
The deficiency cited on 3/15/22 is cleared effective today. A Proof of Correction letter was provided. LPA Mayberry posted the Notice of Site Visit and confirmed Licensee understands it must remain posted for 30 days, and that a failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. |
