Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Deanna Villagrana met with Director Angela Sanchez to deliver findings for the above allegations. LPA observed 18 preschool children napping in the preschool room with two teachers.

Based on interviews, although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.

No deficiency was cited.
