On Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 11:00am, Licensing Program Analyst’s (LPA’s) Giovanni Cristales and Emily Abrams conducted an unannounced inspection to follow up on a complaint investigation and to deliver findings. LPA’s met with Director Paulette Hall and advised the purpose of the inspection. LPA’s toured the facility and observed five (5) classrooms. Rooms 60 (Half-Day class, 8am-2pm, for children’s 3-5 yrs. Old 4 children), 90 and 91 (Full-Day Class, 14 children) for children’s 3-5 yrs old, and 30 and 31 (Full-Day Class) for children’s 2 -3 yrs old, 5 children). Upon arrival there were ten (10) teachers, center director, center clerk and food service handler. The facility was found to be within ratio. Staff are fingerprinted cleared (associated with the South Redlands Head Start Facility license number 360919094). The facility operates Monday – Friday, 7:30am - 4:30 pm.

supervise daycare children appropriately, Staff spoke inappropriately to daycare children, and Staff mock day care child. On 6/29/26 leading investigator LPA Cristales conducted one initial unannounced inspection and toured the facility. Today’s visit consisted of two LPA’s, leading investigator and LPA in training, who conducted five interviews with staff, and no children interviews due to nap time (12pm – 2pm). During interviews conducted with relevant parties, there was no information obtained to corroborate with the allegations above.

Although the allegation(s) may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegations(s) are UNSUBSTANTIATED.

No deficiency cited for the allegation above. Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.

Exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was given and explained with Director Paulette Hall.
