Licensing Program Analyst, Amber Coleman (LPA) arrived at the Montclair Royale Senior Living Facility to conduct a Case Management visit for the purposes of gathering more information regarding a complaint. LPA introduced self and stated the purpose of the visit. LPA was greeted by staff and informed that the Administrator was out for the day, but LPA could speak with staff available if there were any questions.

LPA's visit consisted of observation of the dining rooms, resident rooms, kitchen area, staff and resident interviews and collection of pertinent documents.

No deficiencies were observed during today's visit. An exit interview was conducted where this report was discussed and provided to Araceli Soto, facility representative.
