License Program Analyst (LPA) Steven Montoya conducted an subsequent complaint investigation and inspection the La Petite School Age Child Care Center (CCC). LPA met Director Kecia Loving for the purpose of the inspecting CCC was to follow up on the complaint investigation for the above allegations.

Present at time of inspection, 17 school age children in care with 4 staff providing care, LPA interviewed Director.who provide evidence of outsourced cleaning company of site schedule. Director reports making best efforts to stop the spead of COVID in facility. Director also provided (UIR) sent via emailed to RO for month of July 2022.

Based on the information obtained during interviews, observation and documentation by Director it is determined that.the allegation are unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. No further investigation is required. Copy of the inspection report, appeal rights and notice of site visit was provided to the Director.
