LPM and LPA reviewed and discussed Facility's Daily Activities Schedule, pertaining to the usage of the garage as additional play space for children in care. Licensee's will agree that the garage usage is limited to play space only and children will have direct access to all on limits areas of the home, the garage will not be utilized as primary care space. Licensee's will be required to amend Daily Activities Schedule per this discussion and submit to LPA for approval prior to utilizing the garage space. In addition, an updated facility sketch/floor plan will be required listing the garage space as "on limits" for children.
As a result of this informal conference, Licensees, Charlene Campos and Luis Campos understand the department’s expectations regarding the usage of the garage as additional play space only and agree to maintain substantial compliance with Title 22 Regulations.
LPA Giese informed Licensee's to provide a copy of this licensing report dated 04/18/2023 to parents/guardians of all children currently enrolled by the next business day or the next day the children are in care and to any newly enrolled children's parents/guardians for the next 12 months from the date of this report. A signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224), or other written statement, must be placed in the child's file for verification. |
