On 8/25/22 at 10:30 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Patricia Berry conducted a subsequent case management investigation. LPA was granted access into the facility and met with director. LPA toured facility and took a census. LPA conducted pertinent interviews.


On 8/1/2022 the director self reported an incident alleging a teacher inappropriately handled a child. Director stated she conducted an in-house investigation and determined the allegation to be unfounded.. The police were called and interviewed staff and child. LPA obtained a police report. The police report states the officer was not able to substantiate the incident and determined no crime had occurred and child was not in immediate danger being with the teacher. Based on interviews conducted, and documentation received it is determined at this time there is no violation of Title 22 regulations.



Exit interview conducted with director, report, appeal rights and Notice of Site Visit issued.

Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 days.
