· There is a pool in the backyard with a fence surround it which is at least five feet in height. The pool gate has a self-latching and self-closing door, which swings away from the pool. The key lockable device must be placed no lower that 60 inches above the ground, current key lockable device measures at 56 inches from the ground. Pool fencing must have a maximum vertical clearance of two inches from the ground to the bottom of the fence, current vertical clearance measures at three inches. Licensee understands all bodies of water including ponds, above ground pools & spas, in-ground pools & spas, and some fountains must be properly covered or fenced per Title 22 Regulations. The Department must be notified before and after installation of the above types of bodies of water. In addition, all wading pools or similar product must be emptied immediately after use and stored in an upright position.

· Resident and/or staff records reviewed on 2/28/25 indicate that all adults who require caregiver background checks have received all required clearances or exemptions.
