32 | Bathroom: Shower/tub free of hazards. The following are inaccessible: Sharp items, mouthwash, shampoo, razor, nail polish. Toilet and faucet are clean and operable.
Kitchen: Sharp utensils (kitchen locker).The home has a clean and fully stocked refrigerator/freezer. Cleaning supplies are in the garage. No chemicals in the kitchen were observed to be accessible. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided.
Outdoor: The backyard is completely fenced. There is no swing/slide. Children play in the patio and dirt/gravel area. There are 2 dogs which stay in the off limits backyard area that is gated, there is a chicken coop (chickens),goats and 2 sheds (locked). There is an in-ground pool that has chain link fencing, gate has a butterfly latch, gate is self latching and self closing. The chain link has 1.5 inch triangle spacing. There is a guest house inside the gated pool area (inaccessible). The off limits section of the backyard is on the right side and behind the patio play area. Licensee is reminded to supervise children during outside play. There are Little Tikes playhouse and other age appropriate toys. There is a covered patio area. The backyard is safe for children (lawn mower, gardening tools, poisonous plant, thorn trees, cactus are inaccessible).
Advisory/Other: First Aid kit was observed with supplies readily available. Licensee has CPR/First Aid expired 3/7/24 see lic 809D and Mandated Reporter training current .Electrical outlets are inaccessible, no baby bouncers saucer chairs, or any recalled and or prohibited toys or sleep/play equipment were observed on the premises. There are no window cords accessible to children.
