32 | Bathroom: LPA observed the two children’s bathrooms for safe and sanitary operating conditions. Toilet paper, paper towels, and soap available to children. LPA observed two toilets, one urinal, and three handwashing sinks in bathroom #1 (located between classroom #1 and #2) and one toilet, one urinal, and two handwashing sinks in bathroom #2 (located in classroom #3). LPA observed the diaper changing area in clean and safe condition. Diapers and wipes stored in individual cubbies. Cleaning compounds made inaccessible to children.
Outdoor Play Area: The outdoor play area is separated into two play areas by age group. LPA observed the outdoor play area for age-appropriate toys/equipment, safety, and good repair. The outdoor play area is accessed from the preschool classroom #1 and #2 and enclosed by walls and fencing. Per LPA observation, there are no pools/spas/or bodies of water on the premises.
File Review: LPA reviewed two children files which included all required documentation. LPA reviewed six staff files which included all required documentation. Last disaster drill completed on 04/2026. Last lead testing conducted on 08/2025. Electronic sign-in and out sheet utilized.
Other: Per Director, smoking is prohibited on the premises. Per Director, there are no firearms/weapons stored on premises.

Facility representative was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
