LPA observed teacher to child ratio, and staff interactions with children in the classroom and on the playground. Facility serves preschool children ages 2 through kindergarten.

The following was alleged: It was reported that daycare child was left unattended.

On or about 08/2023, It was alleged that a child was observed unattended by staff. Pertinent parties reported witnessing a child pushing a vertical bar on the fence in the School Age/Preschool playground which was not attached from the bottom. Concerns of a child leaving the facility through an unsecure space between the fence bars were expressed as a sign of danger due to witness observing staff attending to crying children the day in question and not to the child pushing the bar.
