Teacher child ratios were observed and staff names recorded (2C/2T). Care and supervision was evaluated to determine if the basic needs of children are met and appropriate.
This site utilizes electronic Sign in and out sheets. LPA observed Licensing and Parent boards to be incompliance including the required posting (menu, daily schedule, community activities). Fire/earthquake drills current. First Aid Kit observed.
LPA requesting updated LIC 308 for this site to include name of Lead Teachers, also when a teacher is out for an extended period, please update LIC 500 and keep file on site for Substitute teacher,
There were no violations noted as a result of this inspection, Center is operating in accordance to Title 22 Regulation. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report was left at the facility. A copy of this report must be made available to the public for 3 years. |
