On 8.23.24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Kris Diaz conducted an inspection at the facility. The reason for the inspection was to deliver findings for the complaint received at the PRO on 7/11/2024. LPA met with Facility Director, Micha Hendrix who granted LPA access. During the visit LPA conducted a safety check that resulted in zero deficiencies. Upon arrival, LPA took a census of 40 children in care and 8 staff. LPA also observed 12 infants with 3 staff.

During the investigation, LPA collected pertinent documents, completed record reviews, and conducted confidential interviews with staff, children, and parents. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the above allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Exit interview conducted with Facility DIrector, Micha Hendrix. A copy of this report, appeal rights and Notice of Site Visit were left with the director.
