25 | On May 5, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hanna Cha met with Licensee Jessica Flores. The purpose of the visit was to conduct an unannounced Annual/Random inspection of the facility. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection to the Licensee and toured the facility. LPA observed licensee providing care and supervision to one infant and five preschool-age children. Licensee was operating within ratio requirements. Per Licensee, adults residing in the home are Licensee and four other adults. LPA verified fingerprint clearances of all adults. The current days and hours of operation are Mondays to Fridays; 6:00am-6:00pm.
Physical Plant: This is a one-story home with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, attached garage, front yard, and back yard with an in-ground pool. Main child care is provided in the living room, kitchen, dining room, playroom, bathroom #1, and front yard. The off-limit areas are all five bedrooms, bathroom #2 and #3, backyard, and attached garage.
Indoor Child Care Areas: LPA inspected the child care areas for age-appropriate toys/equipment, safety, and good repair. The carbon monoxide alarm and smoke alarm observed. LPA observed fire extinguisher (2A10BC), fully green. LPA inspected the kitchen for safety, sanitation, and good repair. LPA reminded licensee, if food is brought from the child’s home, the container shall be labeled with the child’s name and properly stored or refrigerated. Licensee provides all meals during operational hours. Per licensee, there is no smoking in the home. Per licensee, no firearms/weapons on premises.
