On Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 2:40pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Giovanni Cristales conducted an unannounced inspection to conclude a complaint investigation. LPA met with Director Alyse Sanders and advised the purpose of the inspection. Upon arrival, LPA toured the facility and observed 1 preschool classroom which is divided in half (Tigers & Bears), with 26 children and three (3) preschool teachers present. The facility is also licensed for the Infant program (364843655) and school age (364843657). The facility was found to be within ratio.

Community Care Licensing (CCL) received the complaint on 3/2/26. Throughout the course of the investigation, LPA conducted two inspections at the facility. During the initial inspection LPA collected the facility roster, and completed interviews with facility staff and director. Facility staff denied the allegations during the interviews. During the tour of the inspection, LPA requested the A.C. units to be turned on and were observed to be in operable condition. The classroom was observed to have a comfortable temperature (75.02 degrees), found to be within ratio and free of any bad odors.
