On September 11, 2023, at 10:45 a.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kendal Zirbes conducted an unannounced Case Management - Other inspection and met with facility representative Zaray Ochoa. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entry into the facility by the Facility Representative. Five infants were present with one teacher and one aide, and additional administrative staff members.

During a recent review of the facility records, the Department observed the facility is not current with the annual licensing fees. LPA provided the facility representative with resources to pay the past due fees. LPA advised the Center that this matter required immediate attention.
