On October 12, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Zirbes conducted a follow-up complaint inspection to Ready Set Grow Learning Services. LPA met with facility representative Norma Torres and Zaray Ochoa. The purpose of the inspection was to deliver the findings for the above complaint allegations. Over the course of investigating the allegation regarding personal rights, LPA conducted confidential interviews with staff and parents. In addition, LPA completed a review of the facility records. All staff and additional confidential interviews denied infants are left in soiled clothing. LPA reviewed the infant/Toddler Daily Report for July 22, 2022. Per report, child 1 (C1) was dropped off at 09:03am and picked up at 4:06pm. Per report the staff completed six diaper changes on July 22, 2022: 9:04am, 11:05am, 12:46pm, 1:35pm, 2:58pm, 3:50pm. The information obtained over the course of the investigation, revealed inconsistencies regarding if C1 was left in a soiled diaper. Therefore, the allegation is deemed Unsubstantiated at this time.
Over the course of investigating the allegation regarding the facility retaliating against a parent, LPA conducted confidential interviews with staff and parents. In addition, LPA completed a review of the facility records. Report continued on page two

All staff denied the facility retaliated against any parent enrolled in the program. Additional confidential interviews provided inconsistent information regarding if the facility retaliated against a parent. The facility records did not contain documentation regarding the termination of the family or retaliation. The information obtained over the course of the investigation, revealed inconsistencies regarding if the facility retaliated against parent. Therefore, the allegation is deemed Unsubstantiated at this time.

A finding of unsubstantiated means that the allegation may have happened or is valid, but there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative Norma Torres and Zaray Ochoa. .
