On July 16, 2024 at 09:30 a.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kendal Zirbes conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection and met with facility representative Zaray Ochoa. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entry into the facility by the facility representative. 35 preschool age children, three teachers, one aide and one administrative staff member was present.
At approximately 09:35am, LPA completed a tour of the facility with the facility representative Zarary Ochoa. LPA and facility representative observed the following:
1. The outdoor activity space was free of hazards based on LPA observations.
2. LPA observed the daily outside check list completed July 15, 2024 and July 16, 2024.

Prior to this inspection, LPA received an email from the facility representative documenting staff training and the outdoor check list for the week of July 8, 2024 with the administrative random checks.

Based on LPA observation and record review the citations issued on July 9, 2024, have been corrected.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Facility Representative Zaray Ochoa.
