On the above noted date and time Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Diana Brasel conducted a Case Management inspection regarding Increase in Capacity from 38 to 48. Upon arrival LPA originally checked into the School Site office then was directed to the Pre-school building. LPA met with the Site Supervisor Angelica Delgado. LPA took a census, toured the facility inside, outside, took measurements of all indoor children activity space and the outdoor playground. The granted Fire Clearance was obtained on 05/31/2023 for the requested capacity of 48 preschool children and received at the local Regional Office on 08/30/2023.
Days and Hours of operation are: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm.

LPA measured all the currently licensed preschool classrooms identified as C1 and C2 along with additional indoor activity areas labeled on the facility sketch as different children activity centers for the preschool children. LPA has determined that their is sufficient indoor activity space to accommodate the requested capacity of 48 children.

There is a total of 5 sinks and 4 toilets observed during this inspection, which accommodates the requested amount of 48 preschool children. The outdoor playground has sufficient outdoor space to accommodate the requested amount of 48 preschool children.

The following was observed:
· Classrooms are adequately equipped with age and size appropriate furniture and equipment.
· Drinking fountains for water are located indoors and outdoors. The facility also water pitchers with filtered
water and disposable cups.
· Playground is enclosed by appropriate fences
· Outdoor activity areas are supplied with age and size appropriate equipment
· Adequate shade is provided
· Toxins are locked

The requested Pending Increase will be submitted for approval.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.

An exit interview was conducted, copy of report, and and appeal rights were provided to Site Supervisor Angelica Delgado.
