25 | On the date and time listed above, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Aman Lama conducted a Licensee initiated-Case Management inspection at the facility.
The facility was getting new floors installed in Rooms 1, 2, 3, Office, Front office, Laundry room, Bathroom next to laundry room, Office Eligibility. Classrooms 1 and 3 also ended up resulting in installation of new sinks. Play Yard 1 was being utilized as a storage space of all items in the classrooms listed above, so that was also placed off limits. LPA inspected the classrooms and they were all in compliance with Title 22 Regulations. The facility is asked to update their facility sketch, as needed to indicate the restroom spaces more clearly.
LPA Lama inspected the above listed areas of the facility for potential hazards. LPA observed the following in all rooms: Age appropriate furniture, and toys. The facility is asked to send in pictures of running water for sinks that are currently being installed for classrooms 1 and 3. LPA also observed Play Yard 1 and reminded the facility to ensure all items that pose a hazard are removed before the playground can be put in use. LPA did not observe any potential safety hazards, therefore the rooms are approved for use. The facility agrees to remove any hazardous items on Play Yard 1 before use.
No deficiencies were cited.
An exit interview was conducted, and the director, Isabel Gurtis was provided with a copy of this report and notice of site visit.
Director agrees to post notice of site visit in prominent location for the next 30 days.
A copy of this report must be made available to the public upon request for three years
