32 | As a result of this informal conference, Licensee understands the department’s expectations regarding licensure and agrees to maintain substantial compliance with Title 22 Regulations.
The following was discussed and provided to Licensee:
- Licensee is also advised to contact the duty officer at (951) 782-4200 for any questions or concerns that may arise, the duty officer is available Monday – Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm).
- 102425 Infant Safe Sleep, Safe Sleep F&Q, 102416.5 Staffing Ratio and Capacity, 1596.8662 Mandated Reporter, 102418 Immunization's, 102417 Operation of a Family Child Care Home, 1596.8595 Posting Requirements, Ratio/Capacity Sheet, Quarterly Update Summer 2023 and information on Technical Support Program (TSP).
Additionally, Licensee was provided PIN 22-30-CCP “2023 Child Care Licensing Webinars” and advised to enroll for the webinar scheduled Tuesday, September 26, 2023.
Licensee agrees to completed the infant safe sleep quiz located on the departments website and submit proof within two weeks (9/29/23).
Licensee agrees to seek outside vendor training with Child Care Resource Center (CCRC)/Resource and Referral, or any other vendor, regarding Title 22 Regulations discussed during this conference. Proof of enrollment must be sent within 30 days (10/15/23) and submit proof of completion via a training certificate within 60 days of today's conference (11/15/23).
LPA informed Licensee to provide a copy of this licensing report dated 09/15/23 to parents/guardians of all children currently enrolled by the next business day or the next day the children are in care and to any newly enrolled children's parents/guardians for the next 12 months from the date of this report. A signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224), or other written statement, must be placed in the child's file for verification. |
