25 | On 7/18/2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Samuel Lopez arrived at the facility to conduct an inspection to verify that all items listed in the report issued on 6/24/2022, during a Pre-licensing inspection, have been completed.
During today's inspection, the following was observed:
1. Completed placement of mulch underneath the play structure
2. Mats/rugs to be were cleaned
3. Floors/rooms were cleaned
4. Equipment was assembled and classrooms organized
5. Security gates/doors were installed, including the one leading to the kitchen
6. Smoke/Carbon detectors were installed and tested
7. Playground was cleaned of all debris
8. Purchased food supply
9. Purchased igloos and cups to supply water
10. Shade/play structures were assembled and in place
11. Utility shut off located on the playground was covered and made inaccessible
12. Waiver for sharing playground with Preschool program was granted
13. Parent poster board was observed at the entrance and visible by parents/public
14. Thermometer was purchased to complete the first aid kit
15. Toilets and restrooms were cleaned
Applicants were provided with a brochure that explains the effects of Lead Exposure, PIN 20-01-CCP, and the Child Care Center Sampling Checklist form (LIC 9276), regarding the requirement for Lead Testing, which is to be completed with 180 days. |
