On the above noted date and time Licensing Program Analyst’s (LPA’s), Diana Brasel and Ana Noble conducted a Case Management inspection for a request of Increase in Capacity from 12 to 34 pre-school children and a room addition, also inspected on this date was the Infant program due to a change in capacity request for the Infant program. Upon arrival LPA’s met with Sophia Mc Hinnts. LPA’s took a census, toured the facility inside, outside, took measurements of all indoor children activity space and the outdoor playground. The granted Fire Clearance was obtained on 08/23/2023 for a requested capacity of 34 preschool children.
Days and Hours of operation are: Monday – Saturday 5:00 am – 8:00 pm.

LPA's measured the currently licensed preschool classroom as well as the additional space that will be added for pre-school. The facility sketch identifies the areas as Preschool room 1, Preschool room 2, and Preschool room 3.

LPA's have determined that their is sufficient indoor activity space to accommodate the requested amount of 34 children. .

A total of 7 sinks, 5 toilets, pre-school children. The outdoor playground has sufficient outdoor space to accommodate the requested amount of preschool children.

(a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors.


The requested Pending Increase will be submitted for approval.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted on for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. An exit interview was conducted, copy of report, and appeal rights were provided.
