25 | On 6/11/2026 at 1:30 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) LaVette Farlow made an unannounced visit to the facility. The purpose of the visit was to conduct a required comprehensive annual inspection. LPA met with Betty Baylon, Licensee who granted entry into the facility.
The facility is currently licensed as an Adult Residential Facility, vendorized by Inland Regional Center. The facility has a capacity of four ambulatory clients. Upon arrival only one (1) client was present and the other two (2) clients were at Day Program. All client were present prior to LPA's departure. .
LPA was accompanied by Betty Baylon to conduct a general overall inspection, which included, but was not limited to, the following:
Physical Plant: The facility is operating in the capacity approved by Community Care Licensing (CCL). There are no obstructions to indoor and outdoor passageways. The facility is maintained at a comfortable temperature. LPA inspected client bedrooms; they are equipped with required furniture such as: mattresses, chairs, night stands, storage space, and sufficient lighting; bathrooms were clean, and appliances were operating appropriately.
The hot water temperature tested within regulation at 105 degrees F. The facility is equipped with operating smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fully charged fire extinguishers, which were last inspected on 3/3/2026. Posters such as personal rights, CCL complaint poster, and the disaster plan were posted in a common area.
Cleaning supplies, toxins, sharps, and other dangerous items were kept locked inaccessible to clients in care. There was a designated office/space for client and staff files. Overall, the facility appeared to be clean, in good repair, and operating in safe conditions for clients in care.
