D. Administrative Organization/Corporation
LPM asked about all FFA facilities and to what degree they are listed under the corporation’s name APAO South vs APAO North. Board members confirmed that they are two different corporations. LPM said Regana is the founder of the two corporations. LPM stated the licensee for the Rancho Cucamonga FFA is A Positive Attitude Outlook of Southern California and the Licensee for the Bakersfield and Fresno FFA is A Positive Attitude Outlook, Inc. LPM advised the Board of Directors to please keep the Administrative Organization (LIC 309) updated. LPM advised that both registered companies/corporations need to operate separately as they are different entities. According to observation of the LIC 309 for APAO South, Catheryn Geiger, Rosetta Love and Regana McGee are Board of Directors for APAO South.
E. Board Meetings
LPM advised that the Board Meetings shall be conducted quarterly. LPM advised the Board members that she is aware that sometimes the Board did not document the meetings, sometimes they met together and sometimes it was individually. LPA advised Board of the requirements for Board of Directors & Board Minutes as referenced in the Foster Family Agency Interim Licensing Standards, Accountability Section 88263 (8)(A)(9).
F. Services
LPM asked if there has been any disruption of services to children, staff payroll and reimbursement to resource parents. It was stated that there has not been any disruption in services to any children and delay in staff payroll and resource parent payments. However, there is delay of reimbursement to APAO South from Imperial County Children and Family Services. Regana asked if Community Care Licensing (CCL) could assist with the clearance of homes still being reviewed by the County of San Bernardino and County of Riverside. LPM advised that she should continue to stay in contact with those counties as they have their procedures to follow and to submit her request within each county to higher authorities.
