25 | On Thursday, November 7, 2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sherell Braddock, conducted an unannounced annual inspection . LPA met with Licensee, LYNETTRA TAYLOR who informed LPA that she had a school pick up in the next 10 minutes. Licensee granted access and introduced LPA to her adult daughter (Assistant) who is live scanned and associated to the facility. The assistant guided LPA on a tour of the home. Licensee returned after about 30 minutes later after picking up daycare children from school. Family members residing in the home include two adults (Licensee and Licensee's daughter) and two minor children who are live scanned and have TB skin test on file.
