32 | Off limit areas: Include 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms in home, backyard and a garage.
Kitchenette: Located on Hallway to the right. Home has a clean and fully stocked mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and sink. No chemicals in the kitchen were observed to be accessible (inaccessible in top cabinet above sink). Hazardous items, sharp knives and sharp utensils (inaccessible to children in main home) that can pose danger to children. Licensee is part of the food program, providing breakfast, and lunch.
Bathroom #1: LPA observed the bathroom. Toilet, sink, and shower were clean, sanitized, and free of hazards. The following are inaccessible: Sharp items, mouthwash, shampoos, razors, nail polish, etc. LPA observed toilet and faucet to be in operable condition. LPA observed cabinet underneath the sink to be accessible. LPA did not observe any chemicals or poisons underneath sink cabinet.
Advisory/Other: Firs Aid kit was observed to be full of supplies readily available (tweezers), located in hallway kitchenette on top cabinet to the left of the sink. CPR/First Aid, Expires: (1/4/2027, National CPR Foundation). Licensee was made aware that the CPR certificate is invalid. Mandated reporter was observed to be, Expired (12/08/2022). Electrical outlets (are inaccessible with plastic covers), no recalled and prohibited toys or sleep/ play equipment were observed on the premises. LPA observed window cords to be up high. The smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are in operable condition. LPA observed two required fire extinguishers (3A40BC) located in hallway area being fully charged with the needle in the green. Per licensee there are weapons/firearms in the off-limits main home. Per licensee nobody smokes in the home. Per the licensee, transportation is not provided for children. Per licensee there are two pet dogs but they do not interact with children. Dogs are in main home, and vaccinated.
LPA observed documents to be posted in a prominent, publicly accessible area upon entrance to the left; (License, PUB 394, Earthquake Preparedness, facility sketch, to be complete and current. Emergency Disaster Plan and verification of fire and earthquake drills, are to be conducted every 6 months(1/25/25).
