| HEALTH RELATED SERVICES:
Medications will be kept in a locked box (front office area). A refrigerator shall be used to store any medication that requires refrigeration.
Center has developed plan to implement and to record the administration of prescription medication and to inform the child's authorized representative daily when such medications have been given.
There is a Carbon Monoxide, Smoke detector and Fire Extinguisher (2A10BC) in the classroom.
LPA Maddox has verified Qualifications for Director including Lead Poisoning training, mandated reporter and current Operations and Records Keeping.
Pesticides and other similar toxic substances will not be stored in food storerooms, kitchen areas, food preparation areas, or areas where kitchen equipment or utensils are stored. Center utilizes a private pest control company. Soaps, detergents, cleaning compounds or similar substances will be stored in areas separate from food supplies.
Incidental Medical Services was discussed.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Center will post Signs throughout the center with regards to the local health department; information on child passenger restraint systems; hand washing, screenings for staff and children and facial coverings.
