32 | Pools/Spa/Bodies of Water: Per LPA observation, there are no pools, spas, or bodies of water on the premises.
Other: Per facility representative, smoking is prohibited on the premises. Per facility representative, there are no firearms/weapons stored on premises. Per recorded documentation, Emergency disaster drills last completed on 4/2025. Per recorded documentation, lead testing completed on 4/2024.
File Review: LPA reviewed ten child files which contained all required information. LPA reviewed seven personnel files during this inspection. Based on LPA record review, one of seven personnel files were missing health screenings. One of seven personnel files were missing immunizations. Per record review, the facility checklist regarding staff files did not include all requirements. LPA advised facility representative to update checklist to include all required documentation. LPA advised facility representative to review LIC 311A to ensure all files include required information.
Postings: LPA observed required postings as follows: Facility License, Personal Rights (LIC613A), Parent’s Rights Poster, Passenger Car Seat Law (PUB 269), and Emergency Disaster Plan.

Facility representative was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
