32 | · There are fully stocked first-aid kits in locations accessible to staff but inaccessible to children:
· The isolation is located in the office for any child who becomes ill during the day.
· LPA observed carbon monoxide detectors and smoke detectors throughout the facility.
· The center has a working telephone on the premises.
· Sign-in and out procedure will me manually at this time.
· The licensee shall be responsible for ensuring that children with obvious symptoms of illness including, but not limited to, fever or vomiting, are not accepted.
Napping: School age children will not nap but will be afforded quiet time.
RESTROOMS - there are 2 bathrooms located in the hallway, 1 bathroom is designated for Preschool children and the other bathroom will be used by toddlers during the day and for School age children after school . Both bathrooms have 1 toilet and 1 sink in each. All toilets, hand washing and bathing facilities shall be maintained in safe and sanitary operating condition.
OUTDOOR
LPA's observed a shaded rest area for the children.
The play yard was free of hazards including, but not limited to, holes, broken glass and other debris, and dry grasses that pose a fire hazard.
As a condition of licensure, the areas around and under high climbing equipment, swings, slides and other similar equipment shall be cushioned with material that absorbs falls.
