13 | On Friday, September 11, 2026, at 11:30am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Giovanni Cristales conducted an unannounced inspection to close a complaint investigation and to deliver findings. LPA met with Director Sonia Galvez and advised on the purpose of the inspection. Upon arrival LPA toured the facility and observed three (3) classes in use with forty-four total children in care (School-Age, 30 children, Pre-k, 10 children, and Infants, 4 children). There are eight (8) staff members present (Center Director, Regional Director Assistant, five (5) teachers, and one (1) aide. The center was observed to be within ratio. Current staff are fingerprinted cleared and associated with the facility. The facility operates Monday – Friday, 6:00 A.M. - 6:30 P.M.
On 6/30/2026, Community Care Licensing (CCL) received an anonymous complaint. Allegation(s) states Staff yelled at daycare children; Staff do not provide adequate supervision to day care children; Staff do not meet the qualifications to care and supervise day care children.
