13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Renita Hall conducted an unannounced visit regarding the above-mentioned allegation to deliver findings. Roger Hernandez, the Administrator, allowed LPA entry. LPA identified herself and disclosed the purpose of the visit and elements of the complaint to the Administrator.
On April 28, 2025, it was alleged that residents were using drugs at the facility. During the investigation, the Reporting Party (RP) stated they overheard two residents talking about drugs but did not witness any drug use while at the facility. RP could not identify the residents involved by name or provide any further information related to the allegation. The investigation consisted of a facility tour, a health and safety check, and a review of the resident roster.
The Administrator stated that drug use is not permitted on the property. The facility is not a locked facility, and residents are allowed to come and go freely, with an expectation to return by a designated time each evening, mostly to take PM medications.
